Returns

Original Artwork

Before purchasing original artwork, please make sure to check the dimensions and description of the painting. Returns for originals are not accepted in most cases; however, I want you to love your painting. If you are unhappy about the painting you purchased, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. In cases where I accept a return, the artwork must be in the same condition it left me and returned in the same packaging. A return will not be issued until the artwork has arrived to me and I have verified it is in the same condition as it left me.

Please keep in mind that colors on your screens can vary slightly so the colors of the artwork may vary slightly to what you see on your screen. 

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact the postal service and file a claim. All artwork is carefully packaged in cardboard and protected in a clear plastic sleeve in a stiff cardboard mailer. Unfortunately, once a painting is in the hands of the postal service, it is out of my control and I cannot provide any refunds.

Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. If there is a return to sender, I do not cover the costs to resend, so please double check that your address is correct when checking out. I am happy to mail it to you again, but will charge for the shipping cost.
